Makes 2 cups raita
Ingredients:
2 cups Beetroot finely grated
1 cup Curds
Salt
½ tsp Oil
¼ tsp Mustard
Method:
- Heat oil in a karahi and add mustard when it starts smoking. When mustard splutters, add grated beetroot.
- Stir on low fire till lightly cooked.
- Add salt, remove from fire and let it cool a bit.
- Beat the curds, mix with beetroot and serve.
