
Makes 6 rotis
Ingredients:
1 small Beet root
2 cups Wheat flour
Water
Method:
- Peel and grate the beetroot and grind it in a mixer.
- Squeeze and extract its juice.
- Mix this juice with wheat flour, add water to make dough for the roti.
- Keep aside for ½ hour
- You can now use the dough to make either rotis or parathas.
