Makes 20 pieces
Ingredients:
2 cups grated coconut (Or Desiccated Coconut)
1 cup Sugar
Cardamom
1/3 cup Water
Kismis
Method:
- Roast the coconut for a while to remove moisture.
- Add 1/3 cup water to sugar and heat on low fire.
- When one-thread stage comes, add this and kismis to coconut
- Add cardamom powder.
- Stir and spread on a greased plate.
- Cool, cut into squares and serve
