This raita is the best for summer, as it has a very cooling effect on the body. It is great served with pulao or puri.
Ingredients:
1 medium cucumber, grated
4 cups fresh curds
Chili, jeera powder
Salt
Method:
- Beat the curds lightly until smooth
- Add the grated cucumber, spices and salt.
- Mix well and refrigerate until serving
- Serve cold
