
Serves 3
Ingredients:
2 cups Fenugreek leaves cut fine
˝ cup Milk cream
2 tsp Besan
2 medium Cauliflower flowerets
1 big Onion, cubed
˝ cup Green peas shelled & cooked
2 tsp Oil
Jeera
2 Cloves
2 Cardamoms
1 tsp Sugar
Method:
- Mix milk and besan together.
- Steam or cook cauliflower and onion in microwave and grind with 1 small green chilly. Put oil in karahi, add jeera, cloves and cardamom. Then add fenugreek leaves and sauté. When cooked, add the onion, cauliflower ground mixture, and the gram flower, milk cream mix.
- Keep stirring and add sugar and salt.
- Cook for 5 minutes; add a little water if it is too thick. Add the cooked peas.
