This soup is healthy, easy to make and tasty too! You could use almost any vegetable in your refrigerator and use it to make this soup. You could chop the vegetables in advance and make the soup in a jiffy before serving.

1 cup Mix vegetables, chopped very fine (could be carrots, beans, spring onions, cauliflower, capsicum, cabbage, mushrooms)
2 tbsp cornflour
5 cups water
